Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping:

This is pretty simple; it means delivering your stuff with alacrity.  The quicker or further away you are, the more it costs. Pay us enough and we'll hop a flight to deliver in person!

Most Customers select between UPS (United Parcel Service) and the post office, USPS (United States Post Office).  An efficient way to satisfy the various time zone requirements of the USA led to our business hours, which are 10-6 (EST), Monday through Friday - call 407-302-3361.  You can always email us as well.

For UPS, an order by 2:00 PM usually gets your stuff processed and shipped the same day!  UPS service choices range from Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day.

The USPS truck runs noon-ish so orders placed before 9:00 AM sometimes get processed and shipped the same day, but mostly the next day.  USPS service choices include 1st Class, Priority, and Express.

While SDS (specialized delivery services) usually ranges from Customer pick up at one of our Dealers through getting on a plane, for the latter, expect to throw some money at us.  Orbital deliveries may take longer to organize and exceed $200 million! Inquire at 407-302-3361.

 

Returns:

Get your stuff and if after a few days, to maybe a week, you don't want it, call us at 407-302-3361 for an RMA then mail it back.

Obviously, we don't mind refunding the purchase price as long as it's exactly like when we packed it, e.g. brand new.  But we're going to inspect it and the longer it takes the more you pay.  Simple things like a pack of bolts, or a spare part, which we can inspect as we toss back into a parts bin is a freebie, e.g. we'll refund your purchase price 100%.  Kits are more complicated to inspect and there's a $37 restock fee.   Moreover, if the kit box is damaged, these sets are $19.

In short, we're here to serve you and while we don't mind eating the processing costs when we refund your purchase price, we run a tight ship and there's no free lunch!
